Yoga for flexibility, balance, strength, relaxation and joy! Classes begin with a centering, then lots of stretching and prep, then the poses, followed by a deep, lying-down relaxation. Each week the focus is a different body part like tight shoulders, hamstrings, hips, or neck; or a concept like yoga for seasonal allergies, insomnia, to beef up the immune system, etc. Free parking lot in back, short walk from Red Line T at Central, all props provided. Mondays 6:00-7:30 pm for experienced students, 7:45-9:00 pm for slower pace/beginners. Drop in any time or sign up for multiple classes for a discount.
