Our mission is to promote self-love, health, harmony, joy & peace which can only be shared with the world if it is practiced & known within SELF. These are mind, body & spirit classes, not "gym yoga". :~) Yoga classes for all levels including pre-natal & seniors. Class size is small to allow for personal attention, care & safety. Private sessions also available. I am also a Reki Master and can speak to you about that :)
