Jenni Fox and Paul Gould, owners of NamaStay Yoga & Retreat Center offer workshops, classes and worldwide retreats, favorites being the Yucatan, Mexico, Tuscany Italy and Northern California where they have built their own intimate boutique retreat. For a combination of forty+ years they have been teaching and spreading the joy of Yoga, and meditation. Their focus on heartfelt alignment has been influenced by their Iyengar background and their Affiliated Teacher status with Anusara Yoga. Their work continues to evolve into a fun and spirited yoga, supporting self-discovery and creative expression. They also teach public and private classes in the Santa Cruz area.
