I teach both Sivananda hatha style classes and some Astanga Vinyasa classes. I think it is very important to have time on a regular basis to give conscious attention to the body and the sensations of the body. Yoga is a wonderful way to do this, and becomes a wonderful journey of discovery. I am currently looking to begin new classes around Newark, and also one-to-one classes in the Newark area.
