Brahman-Atman Yoga® (individuality-Universality oneness) is a potent body-mind-soul equilibrium regimen that combines mantra, mudra, pranayam, and mental imagery leading to deep deeep deeeep dhyan. Apana and udana (descending and ascending currents) are coerced to meet at the muladhara chakra (coccygeal center) and combust, causing the ascent of prana (vital zephyr) from chakra to chakra until it pierces the granthis (psychoemotional knots) in the heart, throat and midbrow clearing the way for the subsequent ascent of kundalini (primal force) in due time. Kriya Yoga is its common name (the same science of liberation expounded in Maharshi Patanjali‘s Oneness Aphorisms), while Brahman-Atman Yoga® is its proper name, its more popular name being Raj Yoga.
