Shalini began her journey into hatha yoga while living in the Shree muktanda Ashram in New York state for 10 years. While there she studied and practiced yoga, meditation, philosophy and chanting.She also lived and studied in India for two years. Teaching since 1990, she was one of the fisrt certified Anusara Yoga instuctors and is know for her fun loving style and charm.
