Founded by Kali Ray, TriYoga includes the full range of traditional yoga practices. On January 5, 1980, kriyavati siddhi awakened within Kaliji, manifesting as the flow of asana, pranayama, and mudra. Thus, TriYoga is in the tradition of the ancient yoga in that it is guided by the direct experience and intuitive knowledge that arise from the inner flow of kundalini, or universal life-energy. |
Kaliji has fully systematized hatha yoga -asana, pranayama and dharana- from Basics to Level 7. Kriyavati (kundalini manifesting on the plane of hatha yoga) has continued to guide the evolution of TriYoga. The art and science of yogaflow™, TriYoga Prasaara (Flows) is a complete hatha yoga method. In TriYoga Flows, breath and focus are united with flowing and sustained postures in systematized sequences. Pranayama (breath) and mudra (focus) combine with dynamic and sustained asana (posture) to create greater flow of prana (energy).
Since the method is systematic, students can progress from Basics to Level 1 and then to subsequent levels as they increase their flexibility, strength, endurance and knowledge. A student can also stay with Basics and enjoy a compete practice. Through sustained awareness on all aspects of the practice, the inner flow naturally emerges. This trinity practice is by the nature of its origin, deeply meditative and transformative.
When one follows the systematic practices of TriYoga, the life energy naturally awakens to a higher level of evolution. The inner and outer life becomes transformed. This improves one’s life on every level, body, mind and spirit.
Since TriYoga arises from and continues to be guided by the universal life-energy of kundalini as it flows through Kaliji, the regular practice of TriYoga can take the student to that same place. For a yogi, this is the culmination of the yoga practice, to experience the soul as the triple principle of consciousness, knowledge and bliss.
