Our studio was built in Sept 2002 as a yoga studio. The space is bright, sunny, very clean, and full of friendly yogis. We offer vinyasa (breath linked movement)for all levels, from gentle to power yoga,yoga basics and ashtanga yoga.All of our teachers are certified! We offer over 20 classes a week all of which are drop-in (no need to register.) Vist our web site to see a complete list of class times and levels.
