Teaching since 1990, I offer instruction on how do yoga safely and mindfully, with modifications for a range of abilities, and lots of individual attention. I also offer private classes and private/group class combination. Check under "calendar" on my website for a complete listing. I have over 19 years' teaching experience, all ages and levels. Inquire about gift certificates. I am also a Zen shiatsu practitioner (similar to acupressure) and graduate of the Ohashi Institue in NYC.
