i am an Integrative Health and Wellness Consultant, Thai Yoga Therapy practitioner and Yoga Instructor. I offer private beginner and intermediate instruction, and private restorative /adaptive and therapeutic sessions, multi-level group classes at Union Hall Studio in North Salem and other locations in the surrounding local areas. Restorative as well as Adaptive and Therapeutic classes are offered for yoga students whose bodies are unable to tolerate yoga postures under the full effects of gravity or are in recovery due to illness, injury, extreme physical or emotional, post operative procedures, post-trauma, or conditions where balance instability exists. The Yoga of the Heart Program (therapeutic yoga specifically applied to rehabilitation in cardiac disease, cancer and other life altering illnesses)is also offered in home and at local wellness centers.
