Created in 1999, Yoga Urbana is a particular style that has it's roots in Interdisciplinary yoga, and blends conditioning movements, Pilates technique, Mindfulness and Self-Awakening Yoga in a vinyasa flowing way. Pranayama is an integral part of the practice. Classes can be taught either in the English or Spanish languages.
