Serving the towns of Pinetop, Lakeside, and Show Low, and the surrounding White Mountain area in North Eastern Arizona. Classes are offered in Iyengar (with certified Iyengar instructor, Lauren Barnert-Hosie) and Vinyasa//Flow styles with various other teachers. Classes are available for all levels including gentle for those with physical limitations.
