I offer moderate to vigorous multi-level yoga flow classes based on the Ashtanga Yoga of Pattabhi Jois with influences from Shadow Yoga, Iyengar, the Kripalu Center (where I received my Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and Ayurvedic Consultant certifications), and other styles. I currently teach in Columbia and Baltimore; please visit the yoga page of my website and look for the class calendar for an up-to-date listing of all classes. I also teach Ayurveda lifestyle workshops for yogis and non-yogis in a way that makes this ancient knowledge accessible to those with little background in this powerful healing tradition. I am honored to be allowed to share my practice of Yoga and Ayurvedic Lifestyle with you. I have been teaching Yoga since 1989 and have studied/practiced since high school, learning from masters such as Sri Pattabhi Jois, David Swenson, Rodney Yee, Roger Cole, Scott Blossom, Zhander Remete, and Emma Balnaves.
