A beautiful, quiet setting where classes are kept small so individual attention can be given to students as they practice in the Viniyoga tradition. The classes include asana, pranayama, and meditation. Postures are adapted to meet the physical and emotional needs of the individual students with emphasis on breathing to cultivate awareness and increase the ability to focus. Throughout the practice, a sequential and purposeful series of postures are taught with the intent of bringing the body into a more balanced state of improved alignment in a safe and efficient manner. Practices can be developed for students of all levels in various states of health. Private sessions are available.
