After 17 years teaching in the Caribbean, I have moved to the wilds of Somerset U.K. Classes held at Buscott Farm, Ashcott. Contact via email for information on workshops, classes and private sessions. All classes include pranayama and meditation. Beginners are very welcome. You don't need to be flexible to practice Yoga. My experience includes back care yoga, helping you develope a stronger, healthier back through balanced action of the muscle groups.
