Charlotte Bell, author of Mindful Yoga, Mindful Life and Yoga for Meditators, began practicing yoga in 1982 and began teaching in 1986. She has taught yoga for weekly classes, teacher trainings, workshops, retreats and river rafting expeditions. She is certified by BKS Iyengar and registered with Yoga Alliance. Charlotte has practiced vipassana meditation since 1986. Her classes focus on the interweaving of breath movement with the practice of traditional yoga asana. She also offers periodic Insight and Brahma Vihara meditation classes as well as Restorative yoga and teacher training.
