I am now in sunny south florida in the palm beach area where we have just opened a new yoga studio called SIMPLY YOGA OF DELRAY BEACH....If you or anyone is coming south for the winter, please call me and lets go from there!!I can also offer private classes for you suitable to your own practice. My practices are a combination of gentle flow,restorative, yin yoga,healthy backs and regular hatha yoga classes. I will also do privates in your home or be a substitute for your studio classes.
