I am a registered yoga instructor (E-R.Y.T.) who has been practicing yoga for 30 years and teaching for 19. My classes are breath oriented mostly White Lotus vinyasa(flow)style but also incorporate teachings from the Iyengar, Ashtanga and Deschikachar schools. I place emphasis on proper body alignment but also recognize the individualization of body types. My classes include both yang (heated)and yin (cooling) poses. I believe that the healing benefits of yoga go far beyond the classroom. I am also available for privates and workshops and love teaching seniors.
