I am a registered yoga instructor (E-R.Y.T.) who has been practicing yoga for 30 years and teaching for 20+. My classes are breath oriented mostly White Lotus vinyasa(flow)style but also incorporate teachings from the Iyengar, Ashtanga and Deschikachar schools. I place emphasis on proper body alignment but also recognize the individualization of body types. My classes include both yang (heated)and yin (cooling) poses. I believe that the healing benefits of yoga go far beyond the classroom. I am also available for privates and workshops and love teaching seniors.
