Mickey Hartung, a certified Hatha Yoga teacher & registered member of the National Yoga Alliance, has practiced yoga since the mid 1980’s. She has been teaching awareness & self-understanding through yoga since 1998, when she received her teacher training certification under the guidance of Patricia Brown. Her classes emphasize a contemplative & non-competitive approach ~ blending conscious breathing & dynamic posture flow with the relaxation & silent stillness of the restorative poses. Earth Shanti Yoga Studio is located on 80 acres of natural beauty & quietude, between Junction City and New Lexington. The spacious studio, which has a windowed wall looking out upon a meditation garden, is completely furnished.
