We offer beginners, gentle and experienced Kundalini and Kripalu yoga classes for adults. For those interested in yoga philosophy, we offer a nine month certificate program on the Bhagavad Gita which may be taken in several different formats. Participants use a study guide to explore Gita principles, commit to a regular Sadhana practice and participate in community service observing the Gita principles in action. We are also home to the Gifts of Grace Foundation, a non-profit, interfaith organization offering joyful service to our community.
