Lisbie is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher offering different levels of Kripalu yoga in her farm home near Freelton. Gentle yoga, for the beginner or those with physical concerns, introduces the basic yoga postures and breathing techniques, focusing on gradual, safe and compassionate movement. Body awareness, strength and flexibility will improve with patience and gentle repetition. Intermediate yoga is for those with some knowledge of yoga who wish to deepen their practice. This class is more vigorous, introduces a wider range of postures, and includes sequences of postures flowing together (vinyasas). An All Levels class offers different options within the same class, so that students with varying levels of experience can work together. Kripalu Yoga will do more than make you flexible and strong: it will integrate body, mind and spirit through opening to the wisdom of the body.
