Viniyoga specializes in Pranayama breathwork and the art and science of sequencing of postures.Trained in Sanskrit Chanting and Meditation. Earned a three year teaching Diploma from Gary Kraftsow, also one year completed in Viniyoga Therapy teacher training. RYT Certification with Yoga Alliance at 500 hr Level. This is yoga for everyone, with an inner focus on individual needs. Teaching yoga privates at your home, private facilities or the beach.
