In addition to regularly scheduled group classes in the community, you may schedule convenient in-home classes, or invite My OmAbilities Yoga into your workplace, your athletic club or support group.
MyOmAbilities Yoga also provides specialized group classes and private lessons to people with developmental and/or physical disabilities.
