We practise at the Unity Retreat Centre. Classes are Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Levels taught are beginner and mixed level. Classes include centering, pranayama, meditation, asana and a variety of relaxation techniques. Private classes are available. The teacher is well-versed in Ayurveda and vegetarianism. All are welcome. Co-ed.
