Individual attention, instruction, and health review with special consideration for disabilities and prescriptive practices. Once student is both comfortable and capable then attendance in the on-going groups on Monday and Wednesday is begun. Each group and individual session incorporates traditional yoga education, poses, breathing, meditation and hopefully samadi along the way.
