Classes and private sessions offer students the experience of asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and meditation as a way to deepen their experience of the body, mind and spirit through the Kripalu tradition -- a lineage of compassion and connection. Building strength, developing flexibility, cultivating self awareness and inner wisdom through the union of body, breath, intention and awareness. Classes, small groups and privates open to students of all abilities, including those with no previous experience.
