I teach classes in the style of Integral Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga@Work in and around the Tybee Island and Savannah Georgia area. Yoga on the Beach at Tybee Island is 7AM - 8AM, Wednesdays and Fridays, from Memorial Day - Labor Day (weather permitting), first walkover from the North Beach parking lot - the Gulick St walkover. $15 donations are accepted for the class. Yoga for Pregnancy is on Thursday evenings from 6-7:15 at Savannah Yoga Center (1319 Bull Street, Savannah). It is taught in a 6 week series for $120.
