I teach classes and give private yoga sessions in the Viniyoga and Kripalu traditions. Classes and private sessions are ideal for beginners or intermediate students. I give adaptations for all postures to suit the needs of every student. Viniyoga is ideal for mature bodies with any health condition. Classes offered in Owings Mills and private sessions done in my in-home studio in Reisterstown.
