Am currently teaching only private sessions tailored to beginners, intermediate or students working with health conditions. I focus on giving students an individualized, written practice they can do at home. Each session includes a write-up for use at home. The Egoscue Method is a wonderful complement to yoga. It focuses on improving your posture and realigning your skeleton. It's wonderful for permanently eliminating pain and increasing strength and stamina.
