I teach classes at the beachfront on Kauai that are meditative and very healing . I follow a sequence of postures created by Yogi Amrit Desai that is designed to benefit body, mind, heart, and spirit. There are weekly classes. All levels welcome. I also do private sessions geared to your personal needs and personal growth at this time.
