A retreat centre based in the Sabine Hills only 45 minutes north of Rome in beautiful countryside. Overlooking 7 acres of olive groves, hills and plains, the property has 2 stone farmhouses beautifully restored with stunning views, a swimming pool and its own spring and pond. We have an indoor yoga space as well as a large architect-designed wooden yoga deck in the valley below the houses. The town is within 35 minutes walking distance and the surrounding area is rich in historic sites of both natural and man-made beauty. The calm rustic setting is ideal for spiritual practice and within the grounds are areas for private practice and meditation. The spaces can be booked by teachers who come with their own groups or by individuals who want to come on their own. We offer massage treatments and excursions to nearby towns and villages including hot springs.
