Our Studio is dedicated to Svaroopa Yoga and located in the center of Westborough. Carol also offers classes at Earthsong Yoga in Marlborough, Ma. In Svaroopa style yoga class we work from the base of your spine upwards to release tensions in your body. We use props and support to allow you to release the tensions in your body and discover the bliss of your own being. There are all class levels offered at the studio from beginner thru more advanced students looking for a deeper class. Both daytime and evening classes available. Private sessions are also available by appointment.
