The SweatBox offers Bikram Method Hatha Yoga. Bikram Method Yoga consists of 26-postures and two breathing exercises that improve strength, flexibility and balance while enhancing focus and promoting relaxation. Practicing Bikram Method yoga regularly will improve overall health, minimize stress, relax the mind and reenergize the body. Bikram Method Hatha Yoga is appropriate for beginners and challenging for even the most advanced students. Classes are 90 minutes long and take place in a heated room to increase flexibility and facilitate detoxification of the body.
