I encourage my students to make a conection between asana practice and our daily thoughts and activities by selecting themes and readings that set a spiritual intention. My classes are safe for beginners, yet I try to incorporate variations for my more experienced students. The majority of my students come to class to stretch and relax, but appreciate a well-rounded practice.
