I am a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor,specializing in yoga for students of diverse ages and abilities. I have been leading Yoga workshops in my area and teaching classes since 2000. I teach Kripalu Yoga for the Berkshire Kripalu Community on Thursdays- 6PM at Kriplau Center in Stockbridge, MA See www.thebkc.org for schedule. I am a Kripalu presenter for my special program: Vibrant Visionary Collage-Yoga and Art Immersion for women. See Kripalu website for more info. I am available for private Yoga instruction I am on the IEL Yoga in Schools team with Kripalu- bringing Yoga to HS students in our local schools.
