Julie has been teaching Yoga full time since 1997. Her teaching style is very relaxed and her classes are both calming and invigorating. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor (Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Lenox, Mass.); a Certified Acu-Yoga Instructor (Acupressure Institute, Berkeley, CA); a Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher; a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists; and a long-time student of Esther Myers.
