I teach classes in pre-natal, post-natal and Vinyasa yoga. The prenatal classes classes help pregnant women become comfortable in their bodies, and cultivate relaxation skills to help with labor The Vinyasa classes are fun, flowing and can be private or in small groups. They are designed to nurture and invite students to move further into their practice. The classes are upbeat and reflective, with sequences designed around the individual need to the student or students, so they can learn to be at home in their bodies. Classes are held in your own home.
