It is our goal to provide you with an atmosphere of serenity and peace in which to discover your inner body awareness and a sense of your inner self. Our yoga focuses heavily on alignment in asana for safety and enhanced learning. We offer level 1 classes for beginners, and level 2 classes for continuing education. Private instruction is available. Jill is a Reiki Master and certified Quantum Touch practitioner,and works with clients on energy balancing.
