I offer a wide range of yoga classes, from beginning to advanced continuing students. I have been teaching yoga in the Bath area for over 18 years. The classes are geared so that you are compassionate and tuned into listening to your own body. They are gentle and yet, can be quite rigorous in their inner focus. Specialty classes include yoga for menopause, partner yoga, breath workshops, healthy back classes and relaxation and renewal. Individual private sessions are also available.
