Home of one of the only university-level Yoga Teacher Training Programs in the world: This session's 18 Faculty members include seven Ph.D.'s and 2 M.D.s who between them have written dozens of influential books and articles on yoga and related topics. Strong sense of community: The Studio offers 30+ free classes a month to the general public and special groups, including recovering cancer patients. Open 365 days a year, including all holidays. Typically 50 classes a week by some of the strongest and best-known teachers in Northern California.
