The studio offers 5 public classes a week plus private instruction. Also workshops with Senior teachers of the Iyengar method. Gail has been teaching since 1984. She has a compassionate approach that makes her very available to students of all levels.She encourages students to listen to the body's innate wisdom and allow that to guide one deeper into the practice.
