In Floyd, Southwest Virginia. Gentle, mixed-levels yoga classes provide time and space to listen to our inner teachers and help manage stress. Practices include standing poses, backward and forward bending, inversions and twists, deep relaxation, breathing practices, a short meditation, and chanting. Students are encouraged to adapt the practices to their own needs in the moment. Drop-ins are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes, and avoid eating much for a couple of hours before class.
