Classes 6 days/week for all levels and intention. Classes range from gentle yoga to yoga flow and power yoga. All instructors are certified and prices are reasonable. Childcare is offered on some days. Two classes each week are offered by donation-only. These classes are called Outstretched and have a greater devotional orientation.
