I'm an E-RYT 500 hour trained yoga teacher and teach at yoga studios in Newport News. I teach a gentle vinyasa flow yoga style. Mindfulness yoga emphasizes the inner experience in the pose combined with precise alignment to create balance and harmony in body, mind and spirit.
