Pam has been teaching yoga since 1998 and has studied yoga and mindful breathing since 1993. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level with Yoga Alliance, and is also a Registered Yoga School at the 200 hour and 300 hour levels. Her first yoga studies were in ashtanga yoga with Beryl Bender Birch. She currently teaches ashtanga influenced vinyasa flow classes with a focus on alignment, breath and finding your unique expression of the poses. Pam brings a blend of discipline and humor to her classes. She offers group classes, private lessons, workshops and teacher trainings.
