At Divine Life Yoga you can stretch, strengthen, relax your body -- and quiet your mind. Learn about yourself as you explore the yoga postures and experience the calming effects of the breathing practices. Classes take place at a small private studio, in an environment of serenity, harmony and relaxation, concluding with fifteen minutes of seated, quiet time.
Hillary offers beginning, continuing, and intermediate classes. She has over 32 years of experience in teaching hatha yoga and working with each student's individual physical and experiential needs. Students are also supported and encouraged to create a yoga practice they can do at home.
