Friendly local yoga studio established in 1999 by teachers/owners Tara Fraser and Nigel Jones. Yoga Junction is London's only BWY approved yoga centre and runs a full range of drop in classes, courses and workshops over a variety of yoga styles. You can take a beginners course or train to be a teacher, come to specialist classes like pregnancy, chair-based and baby massage, drop-in or sign up for courses. Teacher's can do their CPD and first Aid courses here and world class teachers take workshops and courses in this small but perfectly formed studio space where you will typically be one of about 15 students (not 50!). Our tutors have over a century of teaching experience between them! This is a genuine place to study and practice yoga.
