We offer classes by certified Kundalini Yoga Instructors. Kundalini Yoga by definition is an ancient and synergistic form of yoga practiced for centuries in India and the East. It incorporates the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga into a cohesive and integrated system. These classes are designed to give you a survey of highly practical Kundalini Yoga techniques. You will learn and practice physical postures, breathing exercises, stress release and relaxation techniques, guided imagery and affirmations, mantras, kriyas, and meditations. The benefits will be enhanced health and well being, greater physical flexibility, a more comfortable back, stronger and balanced immune, digestive, eliminative, and nervous systems.
