6 classes per week from Basics/Beginning to Level One and Level Two, with Gentle TriYoga and PreNatal TriYoga available by request. Group classes or private sessions available. TriYoga is a method of practice in which breath and focus are united with flowing and sustained postures in systematized sequences. Fundamentals include relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal movements and economy of motion. Sustained attention to alignment, flow and breath creates relaxation, strength, flexibility and well-being. The result is increased energy - physically, mentally, and spiritually – giving one the clarity to manifest one's life with greater awareness.
