Nesheemah Yoga Center is a new 2500 sq. ft. facility which has a kids' studio, an adult studio, a large party room, a lounge for waiting parents, a gift shop, and a massage room. Nesheemah offers yoga classes as well as birthday parties for both kids' and grownups. There are classes for kids beginning with 3 yr. olds, teenage yoga, adult classes for beginners through advanced levels in the vinyasa and anusara yoga styles, parent/child workshops, and partner yoga. We also offer Tools for Teachers workshops for the classroom teacher. Our gift shop has yoga products including mats for adults and kids, straps, blocks, bolsters and eye pillows. We also carry the beautiful hand made jewelry of Michal Negrin from Israel.
