I have the requirements to be registered with Yoga Alliance. I teach all three types of yoga in my classes. I have taken yoga classes several years and have been teaching now over 10 years.. I do my practice every day as I have realized the benefits from it! I am now the Wellness Manager Eagle's Trace which is a retirement community. I teach pilates and yoga on the mat as well as in the chair as well as in the water.
